There are very few things about a house (home) that I can not repair. I have built several homes from the ground up so there is little I am not familiar with.

My limitations are with my current licensing status. While I am able to do plumbing my licensing won't allow it. While I am able to do basic home wiring my licensing won't allow it. I could go on and on and on about what I am able to do and what I am allowed to do, but you get the picture.
