I prefer not to use quarter round molding.  I prefer to remove, then re-install the baseboards. I also undercut all door jams.  This gives a much cleaner look.

I also prefer to run the flooring into an adjoining room rather then place a threshold strip.

My layouts are always organized and symmetrical.  I take the time to measure and plan the project.

I always use a laser square device to assure clean lines.

I take my time with surface preparation to make certain all tiles adhere.  There are no hollow sounds under the tiles when I am finished. That could allow failure in the future.

These are not things to rush in a project.

I don't have wholesale accounts at this time for floor tile.  It is reasonably priced at most big box stores so I have not found a need.

If there was going to be a very large installation planned I can and would find a wholesaler and pass the savings on to my customer.
